Any accomplishment this weekend?

Only done a few...I just can't seem to get my hands on my sewing machine! (excuses, excuses...)
Yay, my Gluten Free White Bread turned out really good! 
I used potato starch instead of the soy flour, and agave instead of honey. 

Now I cannot wait to do all kinds of sandwiches this week! 

How do you usually eat your bread?
